Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday). Once dispatched, delivery takes up to 48 hours. You will receive a tracking number by email after your order has been shipped. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday.

Delivery Address

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Returns Policy

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used, including: Wigs, Hair extensions, Cosmetics, Skincare products

For all other items:

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.
