1️⃣ How long will my order take to arrive?
We offer UK 48-Hour Tracked Delivery: Orders are processed within 1–2 working days and delivered within 48 hours after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped. Orders may arrive in separate parcels if you order multiple items.
2️⃣ How much does delivery cost?
Delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay depending on the fulfilment partner and location starting from £2.99.
3️⃣ Can I return an item?
For hygiene and safety reasons, wigs, hair extensions, cosmetics, and skincare products cannot be returned once opened or used. Please check your order carefully before opening.
4️⃣ Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 1 working day of purchase. After this, your order may have already been dispatched and cannot be modified.
5️⃣ I entered the wrong delivery address. What do I do?
Contact Customer Care immediately at Info@peluxebeauty.co.uk. If the order has not yet shipped, we may be able to update it. We are not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address.
6️⃣ How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on the courier’s website to see the delivery status.
7️⃣ Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping may be available in the future.
